La OA denunció penalmente a Emilio Pérsico por no presentar su DDJJ
La Oficina Anticorrupción (OA) denunció penalmente a Emilio Pérsico, referente del Movimiento Evita, por no presentar la Declaración Jurada anual correspondiente a 2015 cuando era funcionario del Ministerio de Agricultura.
Según supo ámbito.com, el dirigente social está obligado a presentar la DDJJ del año pasado y que en su caso se trata de la declaración de baja como funcionario nacional. Desde el organismo que conduce Laura Alonso indicaron a este medio que además de Pérsico, otros 22 exfuncionarios fueron denunciados penalmente.
La denuncia solicita que se investigue si Pérsico incurrió en el artículo 268/3 del Código Penal, que impone una pena de 15 días a dos años de prisión e inhabilitación especial perpetua a quien "estuviere obligado por ley a presentar una declaración jurada patrimonial y omitiere maliciosamente hacerlo".
La presentación hecha por el organismo que depende del Ministerio de Justicia recayó en el Juzgado Criminal y Correccional Federal 3 a cargo del juez Daniel Rafecas y la fiscal federal Paloma Ochoa, indicó el Centro de Información Judicial (CIJ).
